Made from grapes from 60 year old vines, the soil consists of rounded pebbles in the south and sandy in the north. The different grape varieties are destemmed and blended during the winemaking process, with fermentation taking place in truncated cone shaped wooden tanks. Maceration lasts four to five weeks, and aging takes place in stainless steel tanks for 18 months. The
